Riviera -07

This is a rare moment for me. I danced with friends for 3 days in a row. This function drives everyone crazy...

Today K.K' concert was good to listen as his is know for romantic songs only. (like "hum dil de chuke", ganster, etc.,) . But we danced for some beat-songs.
Tomorrow is disco night. Hope everyone will enjoy. I will put some photos here if possible.

Riviera 2007

Riviera is my university cultural function where 100s of colleges would participate.

After a long time I enjoyed dancing in the ROCK show by "parikkrama" with laser shows and fire works . I m feeling refreshed now.

Romeo was watching a movie of typical love story with his sister accompanying him. You know what i mean 'typical' !!.



The story : There is a leading actor who thinks (always) some popular girl in college fell in love with him ('typically' misunderstood). Then one day when he proposed her, gets a negative reply with some harsh words. He gets funked and tries to convince her that it's a sincere love ..so & so. But in turn the girl says that she too fell in love sincerely with few of the 10 or 20 boys some times who follow her like dogs !!!>>.. 'hmm.. that was a serious comment'.

Later in the movie the hero would be huge success in his career. Luckily his parents would propose the same girl for marrying.

At this point romeo conversed with his sister:

Romeo: The hero should not accept this proposal.
Sis: then you don't know what love actually is..
Romeo: May be.. But why should i follow a typical movie way for my feeling of love.? Its the feeling felt by them. That's not my definition of 'love'.
Its not anybody's fault. Every love based movie depicts; like a hero falls for a gal & roams around and does all sorts of things to achieve her. In some movies the heroes are successful in some others they fail and has "loves till death" kind of feelings.


After all we are watching huge no: of movies from birth so that we too follow the same sort in real life. Romeo's argument is not preventing from falling in love. Just have your own feeling for it. Dont follow the attitude 'If succeeded then "u have it all" or failed; some follow 'devados' type of life like in films or some people try suicide or ruin their careers.

I remember one Tamil song from vasool raja. " aalwar pettai aalluda ". Watch for the lyrics in that song. This is the same 'national award' winnie lyricist who wrote outstanding love poems. How controversial he can be !!.... LOVE itself is controversial !!

About 2006

New year 007

Romeo again. Well, to begin the ending of 2006,romeo is going to admit DARK things first.

He committed hell lot of mistakes this year (2006). Amended himself, learned from them. But he hates himself when he repeated them again. Why it happens? Of course it’s not happening only to romeo, in this world. Romeo tried to figure out the reasons for lessening of his self-confidence. Before 2 or 3 years he was winner of all the games. Now he is a miserable, pathetic fellow finding ways to regain old energy levels.

At this point many readers would suggest him to read some ‘confidence boosting’ books. It’s not working. He don’t think any external boost will work...
