Fear less the Fear

                 One of Romeo's colleague was holding her head and was complaining about the stressful life she was undergoing. Scratching her head with a confused face she told that she was suffering a highly painful headache. Even in her dreams codes were running like hell so she couldn't sleep peacefully for past few days. The reply was both simple and complicated. Of course as a listener it looked simple to romeo and complicated from her point of view.

She was struggling with her hectic work schedule, meeting deadlines and keeping up the expectations (its called 'performance' from management point of view). Romeo suggested her to go and have a tea or something with friends and get refreshed. After half a day she was still in the same state.

Romeo asked her what would be the worst case scenario if she couldn't cope up with the schedule. The reply was low performance rating, appraisal may be stamped as inadequacy in skills and blah, blah. Man, she was really worried & also scared romeo with her thoughts.
Romeo told her nothing was gonna change her life at max some set backs in salary than peers. Even after the worst case she could live a fresh life. So

he asked her to imagine the worst possible incidents passing her right then so that there wont be any fear left to encounter. Mind gets free after bumping up with the worst possible perilous situation. He asked her that cant she get another job even if fired with low ratings. Now comparing the present situation it wont be as precarious than the one imagined. Nothing was left to be scared of

so do the best as you would always do. Now, she felt her mind aloft from the boxed fears and relaxed. At he End of day she said " Yes, you are right. Thank You, Romeo." He felt happy too...
